Privacy Policy

AHOD HOLDINGS LLC, known as All Hands On Deck ("AHOD", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Name, phone number, email address, service address, details about the work you request, photos you send us, and records of our calls, emails and text messages with you.

How we use it

To answer your requests, prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, send appointment confirmations and project updates, bill for our work, improve our service, and — only if you agreed — send you offers and service reminders.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive service texts, we use your phone number to send messages about your quotes, appointments and projects. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send special offers and service reminders (up to 4 per month). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

For full details, see our SMS Terms.

Email

We may send you emails about your service and, occasionally, offers and news from All Hands On Deck. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our phone, messaging and email providers and our payment processor), only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

Security and retention

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing ap@ahodholdings.com or calling (214) 774-4444.
